I am a lawyer and a patent attorney. Since 2011. I specialize in the area related to intellectual property (IP) law. I gained professional experience in the largest law firms in Poland. Since 2013. I am also the CEO of an IT company. This gives me experience and a deep understanding of business processes.

As a professional attorney, I represent clients before:

  • Patent Office of the Republic of Poland,
  • Administrative Courts in Poland,
  • European Union Intellectual Property Office (Spain),
  • World Intellectual Property Organization WIPO (Switzerland).

Katarzyna Kotruchow

Of counsel, Patent attorney

Lawyer, patent attorney, and doctor of medicine. She collaborates
with the firm mainly on projects related to life-
science patents, in application proceedings as well as litigation. She represents clients
before the Polish Patent Office, administrative courts, specialized
intellectual property courts, as well as the EUIPO office.

Małgorzata Bloch

Of counsel, MBA, Economist

Master’s degree in economics, experienced expert in taxation, accounting and
raising and accounting for external funds. MBA graduate from Ehsal
Management School (Belgium). She works with the Firm to support clients in
financing of research and development projects, as well as commercialization
of innovative solutions.

Katarzyna Bartosik

Lawyer, Patent attorney trainee

Graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She also trained at Masaryk University in Brno and Universidade Portucalense in Porto. Professionally, she deals with intellectual property protection, including IP rights management, as well as copyright law and new technology law.

She is currently a trainee at the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys in Warsaw.
Privately a fan of Middle Eastern cuisine, muay thai and non-fiction.

Szymon Czerny

Lawyer, Patent attorney trainee

Simon graduated (LL.M.) with a degree in Advanced European Intellectual Property Law from Stockholm University. He has several years of professional experience, gained while working in foreign law firms and corporations, in the field of industrial property rights.

He is currently a trainee at the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys in Warsaw
