COOKIE POLICY

[wersja z dnia 31 grudnia 2023 r.]

The Priebe.legal website uses cookies to improve its operation.

The described policy of cookies applies to all websites and applications for mobile devices belonging to “Kancelaria Prawno-Patentowa Maciej Priebe” based in Warsaw.

Cookies are small textual information sent by a web server and stored on the user’s side (usually on the hard drive). The default parameters of cookies allow only the server that created them to read the information they contain. Cookies are used most often for counters, surveys, online stores, sites that require logins, advertisements and to monitor visitor activity.

For statistical purposes, the priebe.legal website is integrated with its own statistics system and with the statistical mechanisms of Google Analytics.

We use cookies for:

  • make it easier for users to navigate and use the site’s pages,
  • ensuring safety standards.

We use “permanent” and “session” cookies. “Permanent” cookies remain in the device’s web browser until they are deleted by the user or until a predetermined time specified in the parameters of the cookie. “Session” cookies remain in your browser until you turn it off or log out of the website on which they were placed.

Cookies also allow you to store information about your session.

A web session, due to the statelessness of the HTTP protocol, is an essential way to transfer information between site reloads each time. In Web terms, a session refers to a universal, personalized server-side storage bag. A separate session is created for each customer, so that the information does not get mixed between different users of the site.

You can specify the conditions for storing or accessing cookies in your browser – detailed information can be found, among other things. In its manual (help file) or the “settings” tab.

Cookies do not cause changes in the configuration of your device.

All modern browsers allow you to enable or disable the cookie mechanism (it is usually enabled by default). If you do not want to receive cookies, you can change your browser settings.

If you’re going to use solutions provided by Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn, you’re probably a user of those services – they also leave their cookies, so read their privacy policies.
